Yellow beans stew with lamb

Delicious and delicious is this stew. Serve with baguette or white bread. I would like to give a little info: Fresh yellow beans are healthy and contain important ingredients. It is important that they should not be eaten raw. It is usually enough to blanch them for about 10 minutes.

  1. Cut lamb into pieces.
  2. Wash yellow beans, thread, halve and cut the ends.
  3. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
  4. Fry lamb in OIL and add onion, garlic and chopped tomatoes.
  5. Deglaze with both broths and simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes.
  6. Add the yellow beans and the spices and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
