Vegetarian peppers filled with many delicious ingredients. If you like, you can still add some crumbled feta.
Preparation
- Wash the peppers and cut them out round above and remove the seeds.
- Wash and drain both types of rice.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in oil.
- Add both rice varieties, pine nuts, raisins, corn, pumpkin seeds and all spices and stir.
- Deglaze with vegetable broth and simmer over low heat until the rice is cooked.
- Fill the peppers with the finished rice pan and place them in a baking pan with baking paper.
- Stew in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
- Pour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 100 g long grain rice
- 50 g brown rice
- 1 large onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped pine nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 350 ml vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 1 cup cream
