Vegetarian stuffed peppers

Vegetarian peppers filled with many delicious ingredients. If you like, you can still add some crumbled feta.


  1. Wash the peppers and cut them out round above and remove the seeds.
  2. Wash and drain both types of rice.
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil.
  4. Add both rice varieties, pine nuts, raisins, corn, pumpkin seeds and all spices and stir.
  5. Deglaze with vegetable broth and simmer over low heat until the rice is cooked.
  6. Fill the peppers with the finished rice pan and place them in a baking pan with baking paper.
  7. Stew in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
  8. Pour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  • 4-5 large green peppers
  • 100 g long grain rice
  • 50 g brown rice
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 350 ml vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 cup cream
