Vegetables from the pan

A vegetable pan with chopped vegetables lightly seasoned so that the whole taste is frightened. Serve with a couscous or rice with curry!

Preparation

  1. Peel the onion, carrot, potato and garlic clove and cut into small cubes.
  2. Dice the zucchini and eggplant as well.
  3. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into cubes like the other vegetables.
  4. Fry the vegetables and rosemary needles in a coated pan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • Rosemary needles
  • Salt
