A delicious casserole that does not require any meat. If you like, you can of course also take ready-made beans from the can.
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into fine slices and fry in oil.
- Cook the beans with a bay leaf. The liquid should be just enough to cover the beans. If necessary, add a little water.
- Cut vegetables into small pieces and fry them in oil.
- Deglaze with vegetable broth and white wine and cook the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add beans and puree everything. the consistency should be medium-viscosity.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Pour vegetables into the baking dish and spread the potatoes on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
