Preparation
- Cut chicken into strips, season with pressed garlic, drizzle with lemon juice and pour over the oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Fry chicken strips in oil.
- Roast the tortillas in a coated pan from both sides.

- Cut cucumbers into slices.
- Cut red onion into rings.
