Tortillas with chicken and fresh vegetables

Tortillas with freshly cut vegetables always taste good. The effort is quite small. It is best to prepare at home and enjoy on the meadow in the park.

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into strips, season with pressed garlic, drizzle with lemon juice and pour over the oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Fry chicken strips in oil.
  3. Roast the tortillas in a coated pan from both sides.
    Cut salad into strips.
  4. Quarter tomatoes and cut into slices.
  5. Cut cucumbers into slices.
  6. Cut red onion into rings.
  7. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes and immediately pour the lemon juice over and season.
  8. Spread out tortillas and brush with sour cream and top with all ingredients and roll up.
