Soup of beans and peas

A healthy soup with many valuable ingredients. Which also tastes very good. Try it out and agree with me!


  1. Cook beans and peas together with garlic, bay leaf and lemon zest in water.
  2. Remove the bay leaf and puree the soup.
  3. Add with savory, salt, pepper and olive oil, bring to a boil, finally add the sweet cream and lemon juice.
  4. Serve with croutons and cooked broad beans.

  • 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dry savory

  • Pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp sweet cream
