Preparation
- Cut white cabbage into pieces.
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and also cut them into pieces.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and fry in oil.
- Add white cabbage and potatoes, fry, then pour in a little water and simmer until soft.
- Season with salt.
