Simple recipes – buckwheat with carrots

One of the simple recipes, which is still very healthy. Tip: Eat buckwheat as often as possible!

Preparation

  1. Wash out buckwheat and let it soak in water for 30 minutes and then wash it out again.
  2. Cook with the broth, oil and salt.
  3. Peel and grate carrot.
  4. Serve and serve with fresh spinach.
