Preparation
- Cook and puree potatoes. Allow to cool and then mix with flour, 30 grams of butter, a pinch of salt and egg. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- Stone the plums and place a sugar cube in the middle.
- Divide the dough into 18 parts. Wrap each plum in a single piece of dough and place the dumpling in a pot of bubbling water and boil until they float on the surface, then remove the dumplings from the water and drain well.
- Bathe each dumpling in poppy seeds all around.
