Who can say a “no” to a crispy pizza! I wish you a good appetite!
Preparation
- In a small bowl sprinkle salt, sugar and pour in the lukewarm water and stir briefly. Then crumble the fresh yeast and wait for the yeast to dissolve. Stir again and again.
- Put the flour in a wide bowl and add the yeast liquid and olive oil and with the dough hook min. 4-5 min. knead.
- Another 10 min. Continue kneading with your hands until the dough is soft.
- Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes.
- Halve the dough and roll it out on the floured surface and cover with the ingredients and bake in the preheated oven at 240° for about 14 -16 minutes.

- Can of tuna with olive oil
- various zucchinis, in slices
- red pepper, in long stripes
- red onion, finely chopped
- Spring onions, in rings
- Basil leaves
- Pizza cheese, grated
- Tomato sauce

- 1 pinch sugar
- 250 ml lukewarm water
- 1 cube yeast or 2 packets of dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g wheat flour
- Wheat flour for processing
