Pizza with tuna and vegetables

Who can say a “no” to a crispy pizza! I wish you a good appetite!


  1. In a small bowl sprinkle salt, sugar and pour in the lukewarm water and stir briefly. Then crumble the fresh yeast and wait for the yeast to dissolve. Stir again and again.
  2. Put the flour in a wide bowl and add the yeast liquid and olive oil and with the dough hook min. 4-5 min. knead.
  3. Another 10 min. Continue kneading with your hands until the dough is soft.
  4. Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes.
  5. Halve the dough and roll it out on the floured surface and cover with the ingredients and bake in the preheated oven at 240° for about 14 -16 minutes.

  • Can of tuna with olive oil
  • various zucchinis, in slices
  • red pepper, in long stripes
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • Spring onions, in rings
  • Basil leaves
  • Pizza cheese, grated
  • Tomato sauce

Pizza dough

  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 250 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 cube yeast or 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • Wheat flour for processing
