Have you ever baked pizza without yeast but with baking soda? Succeeds great and also tastes good. If you like, you can of course also top the pizza differently. Enjoy your meal!
- Mix and knead the dough ingredients. Let the resulting dough rest for only 15 minutes, then cut it in half and shape it into two pizzas of any size and thickness.
- Cover both pizzas.
- The edges of the dough can be easily smeared with olive oil to give them a nice color.
- Top the pizza and preheat at 250°C. Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough.
- Top with arugula and enjoy right away.
