Pasta with chard, peas and cheese

Preparation

  1. First, wash the chard and peas in salted water, finely chop and blanch.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles until firm to the bite.
  3. Mix ricotta and grated cheese.
  4. Add chard and peas.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and grate a little cheese over it.
