Omelette with ground beef and vegetables

Sometimes something strong has to be put on the breakfast table. Made fast and nimble.

Preparation

  1. Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut them in half and cut them into strips.
  2. In the pan, fry the minced meat and the sweet peppers in oil.
  3. Whisk and add the eggs and stir in.
  4. Season with the spices and serve with flatbread.

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 peppers (red and green)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Flatbread
