Preparation
- Cook the noodles until firm to the bite and set aside.
- Fry chicken strips in oil and place on a separate plate.
- Fry the chopped onion and the pressed garlic in the same pan.
- Add the peas, pour some water and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken meat and stir.
- Mix cream with flour and add to the pan. Also add the noodles and stir.
- Season salt and pepper.
