Noodles with chicken and peas in cream sauce

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles until firm to the bite and set aside.
  2. Fry chicken strips in oil and place on a separate plate.
  3. Fry the chopped onion and the pressed garlic in the same pan.
  4. Add the peas, pour some water and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
  5. Add the chicken meat and stir.
  6. Mix cream with flour and add to the pan. Also add the noodles and stir.
  7. Season salt and pepper.

  • 200 g peas
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 pressed cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tsp flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g noodles
