The combination of Brussels sprouts and grapes is just perfect. If you don’t believe that, you should try it first!
- Preheat oven to 200 °C
- Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half and place them with the grapes in an oven-proof form.
- Drizzle well with olive oil. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Bake at 200 °C for 15 – 20 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over it and mix with chopped walnuts.
- 300 dark seedless grapes
- 300 g Brussels sprouts
- Olive oil
- fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 100 g walnuts
