Grapes roasted from the oven and Brussels sprouts with walnuts.

The combination of Brussels sprouts and grapes is just perfect. If you don’t believe that, you should try it first!

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C
  2. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half and place them with the grapes in an oven-proof form.
  3. Drizzle well with olive oil. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper, mix well.
  4. Bake at 200 °C for 15 – 20 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over it and mix with chopped walnuts.

  • 300 dark seedless grapes
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • fresh thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g walnuts
