Crispy puff pastry pizza with salami

A small snack for the next buffet. Finger food is always the order of the day. If you prefer to do without the salami, you can also take cheese or zucchini slices.

Preparation

  1. Spread puff pastry and cut into about 6 cm strips.
  2. Brush dough strips with butter.
  3. On each strip just as wide salami slices as the puff pastry is laid out and carefully rolled up, so that a rose shape is created.
  4. Put all rolled pizzas in the oven and bake as desired.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped leeks and then serve.
