Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms

Buckwheat has a lot of good ingredients and is pretty healthy. In addition, it has no gluten. Let it taste you.


  1. Wash buckwheat thoroughly and put in the water for 10 minutes, then drain and cook with the vegetable broth. Then mix in the cream.
  2. Cut mushrooms into slices and fry in a pan with butter until crispy.
