Broth with wild herbs and millet

A simple broth with wild herbs millet that helps against stomach and intestinal discomfort. One should prepare the broth at least 1x week.

Preparation

  1. Bring the bouillon cube to a boil in a liter of water.
  2. Add a handful of wild herbs of your choice and about 15 minutes
  3. Skim off herbs and put millet flour in so that it remains in the bottom of the pot.

  • 1 brew cube
  • a handful of fresh wild herbs
  • 6 tbsp finely ground millet flour
