Bowl with rice, vegetables, fruits and nuts with aioli

A rich bowl with delicious and healthy ingredients. If you don’t like one or the other, feel free to change. Enjoy your meal!

Preparation

  1. Put rice in a wide saucepan and pour in salt and water. Simmer slowly.
  2. Cut whole vegetables, blanch and fry briefly in oil.
  3. Dice the apple.
  4. Chop almonds.
  5. Stir all the ingredients for the aioli and put in a blender and blend finely.
  6. Arrange and serve.

Ingredients

  • Long grain rice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • beetroot
  • Apple
  • Almonds

Aioli

  • 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 125 ml vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 knife tip turmeric
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 glass of water
