Balls for soup insert

The balls can be prepared and fried. After cooling, place either in a container or cooling bag in portions and place in the refrigerator compartment. If necessary, always remove in portions and add to the soup.


  1. Remove the butter from the fridge to soften while the pumpkin seeds are finely chopped.
  2. Put soft butter, egg, pumpkin seeds, flour, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper and pumpkin oil in a bowl and stir everything until smooth with a blender.
  3. Let the mixture rest in the cold for 20 minutes.
  4. Form balls with damp hands and bake them in hot oil, degrease and let cool.

  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 50 g bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin oil
  • Oil to bake
