The balls can be prepared and fried. After cooling, place either in a container or cooling bag in portions and place in the refrigerator compartment. If necessary, always remove in portions and add to the soup.
- Remove the butter from the fridge to soften while the pumpkin seeds are finely chopped.
- Put soft butter, egg, pumpkin seeds, flour, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper and pumpkin oil in a bowl and stir everything until smooth with a blender.
- Let the mixture rest in the cold for 20 minutes.
- Form balls with damp hands and bake them in hot oil, degrease and let cool.

- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 egg
- 50 g wheat flour
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin oil
