Asian noodle soup with vegetables

A light and very tasty Asian noodle soup with vegetables I offer. The preparation is quite simple and the soup almost cooks itself. Let it taste you!

Preparation

  1. Cut all the vegetables and ginger according to your desired size.
  2. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil and deglaze with vegetable broth and soy sauce.
  3. First bring to the boil and then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  4. Add Japanese noodles and simmer until the noodles are cooked.
